5 rounds for time:
50 overhead lunges, use a 20kg barbell
Run 400m

What is Fitness?


Meatball Minestrone

Ingredients
1 tbs oil
1 onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
¼ white cabbage, thinly sliced
2 medium carrots, diced
3 small zucchini, diced
3 celery stalks, diced
400g can diced tomatoes or 1½ cups diced tomatoes
3 cups chicken or vegetable stock
1 tbs basil, finely chopped
1 tbs sage, finely chopped
1 tsp Mexican chili powder
Dash pepper
2 cups mushroom, diced
15 meatballs (see recipe on Pg 6)


Instructions
In a large pan on medium heat fry onion and garlic in oil until browned. Add cabbage, carrots, zucchini, celery, tomatoes, stock, basil, sage, chili powder and pepper. Cover and boil for 30 minutes. Add mushrooms and meatballs and cook for a further 10 minutes. Leave to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
