7 Power Snatch 40kg/30kg
7 Thrusters 40kg/30kg
No arvo sessions today at CFA. We are also closed Saturday as the CFA crew are heading to the CrossFit Australian Regionals in Sydney! Classes will be back to normal on Monday. I will post a workout you can do at home on Saturday ;)
