Getting Started

To get started in the CrossFit Program you must complete our Elements Classes. Everyone who trains in CrossFit classes with us, starts with three private introductory sessions (priced at $99 for three sessions). There are few exceptions.


At CrossFit Attitude, we not only want to make sure that you get the safest, most effective workout, but that you're part of the CrossFit Attitude Community before you start your first group class. Coached by a CrossFit Attitude coach, and delivered in 3 sessions
CrossFit Elements is designed to get you to your first class with the knowledge you need to be successful. It is by appointment only and a prerequisite for taking group classes.

What you'll learn in each session:

Session 1 (Intro session)

•Squats: air squat, back squat, front squat, overhead squat
•Push-up
•Pull-up and Kipping pull-up
•Short CrossFit workout so you can see what it's like!

Session 2

•Deadlift
•Presses: shoulder press, push press, push jerk

Session 3

•Medicine ball clean
•Barbell clean
•Ring row
•Ring dip
•Burgener warm-up
•Snatch
