Vegetables in Coconut Milk

Ingredients
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup pumpkin, diced
½ cup cabbage, finely sliced
½ cup light coconut milk
Walnuts to serve
Instructions
Boil the broccoli, pumpkin and cabbage in the coconut milk until tender. Remove from pan and serve with walnuts
