How to Deadlift with Proper Technique

Honey Chicken and Pumpkin Salad

Ingredients
500g chicken breast, cut into bite size
pieces
4 cups pumpkin, diced
3 tbs honey
2 tbs sesame seed oil
7 spring onions, chopped
3 cups lettuce

Instructions
In an oven proof pan, mix together chicken, pumpkin, honey and sesame seed oil and place into a pre-heated 180 degrees Celsius (fan-forced) oven. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until chicken and pumpkin has cooked stirring occasionally. Add the spring onions for 5-10 minutes before removing pan from oven. In a bowl place 1 cup of lettuce for each serving and top with chicken and pumpkin to serve.
