We are back! Training is as usual starting Monday 22/8/2011

For time:
Run 1600m
63 x Kettlebell swings 20/16kg
36 Pull ups
Run 800m
42 x Kettlebell swings
24 x Pull Ups
Run 400m
21 Kettlebell swings
12 Pull ups
Then 2min to put max weight overhead
