Front squat

-Break-

Three rounds for time:
10 Overhead squats 40kg/30kg
10 Burpee lateral jump over hurdle (no full extension required)

-Break-

50 Ring dips (Starting from a muscle up)

*everytime you stop you must complete 30 double unders
