50 Strict Pull-ups

100 Push-ups, release hands from floor at the bottom
Run 5K

If you've got a 10kg vest or body armor, wear it.

Scaling options -

For time:
50 Kipping pullups or Jumping pullups
50 Push ups
Run 2.5k
