NSC is closed this weekend. Take the weekend off! Go for a swim, get a massage, stretch. Just relax and enjoy the weekend. This week was a big week of training and I am really proud to see everyone improving so much. See you all next week!

NSC will be closed Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th of December. I will be attending a Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach course. Sorry for the inconvenience.
