Weak effort. My hands are torn up from Tuesday and I had a massive drop in energy mid afternoon.

Diet - I am zone/paleo (don't weigh) but lately it has been getting really crap. I need to bring it back in line and pre-prepare my meals more. I read a CrossFit Journal article written by Greg Amundson. It is about how he zones. And let me tell you this guy zones like an animal! I need to "Be like Greg"
