"CFA Chipper"
For time:
- Run 100m from start to bumper plates
- Pick up a bumper plate, 25kg Men/10kg Women
- Run a lap around CFA with your bumper plate
- 70 Squats (holding the plate, drop the plate and start at zero)
- Run a lap around CFA, drop your plate
- 35 Push Press 40kg Men/30kg Women
- Run a lap around CFA, drop your plate
- 15 Thrusters 40kg Men/30kg Women
- Run a lap around CFA, drop your plate
- 35 Burpees
- Run a lap around CFA, drop your plate
- 70 Double Unders
- Overhead lunge with your bumper plate 100m to the finish line (If you drop your plate you must start back at 70 double unders)
