Team WOD!
For time:
Run 400m
300 Thrusters 40kg/30kg
Run 400m
200 Ring pushups
Run 400m
100 Burpees
Run 400m (Carrying the barbell used for Thrusters)
Teams of 5, while doing Thrusters the bar cannot touch the ground. So when someone stops 2 people hold it up in the rack position for the next person.
