AMRAP in 10min:
6 Deadlifts, 120kg/70kg
6 Kettlebell swings 24kg/16kg
Tuna Balls
Ingredients
1½ cups diced sweet potato
425g can tuna, in brine
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 medium carrot, grated
1 egg
1 tbs oil
1 tsp salt
Dash pepper
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius, fanforced. Boil sweet potato in a pan until soft. Remove all liquid and mash with a fork, the mash will be very dry. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape tuna mixture into 4cm balls and place on an oven proof tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve warm or cold, plain or with chilli sauce.
