Stop going on those pointless 3 hour walks! Most people (mainly women) go on 3+hour walks. Why? Because they think that’s what burns those calories and melts those “thunder thighs” away. Sure it does burn calories but it also wastes your muscles! Take a look at a marathon runner, although extremely fit (aerobically) they look like they couldn't even do a push up or pull-up. They have very little muscle mass and simply put, are fucking WEAK! Who wants to be weak? I sure as hell don’t and neither should you. Sure, going on your long walks is good, its better than nothing and it’s a good time to socialise and gossip. But if you want all round fitness and be strong and healthy stop wasting your time and use it more productively.

It is the INTENSITY that matters because higher intensity cardio will lead to greater fat burning after the exercise is completed.
