Clean and Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
-Break-
"Death by Clean and Jerk"
With a continuously running clock do one 60kg/40kg Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 60kg/40kg Clean and Jerk the second minute, three 60kg/40kg Clean and Jerk the third minute.... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
Post number of minutes completed.
