Snatch 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

If your a Newbie complete:
Snatch grip deadlift 5-5-5-5-5
Overhead Squat 5-5-5-5-5


-Break-

In a 7 minute window complete 200 double unders then in remaining time do AMRAP of:
15 air squats
100m sprint
